GOD IS IN CONTROL

We live in uncertain times, and I'm sure there is a lot of anxiety and fear going around right now. The world seems so lost and hopeless, but remember that the Sovereign King of the universe is still on His throne. God is in control, and nothing happens outside of His will. We need to leave our concerns and worries in God's hands and trust Him. God is faithful to His own, and He will never leave or forsake you, dearly beloved. When worry starts to take over your thoughts, remember Christ and the cross. Romans 8:32 says, "He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all--how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?" One of my favorite quotes says, " We measure God's love not by providence but by the giving of His Son--Christ crucified trumps providence in testifying to God's love for us." - Jennifer Adams. Turn your mind away from your cares to the one who cares for you. Jesus gives peace to all who call on Him. Surrender your fears to God and trust Him. No matter the outcome of this election, remember this: God is good all the time, and all the time, God is good!
